Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a hybrid therapeutic approach that combines the principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). It works by identifying and reframing deep-rooted beliefs and emotional blocks stored in the subconscious mind. Through hypnosis, RTT helps clients access these beliefs, understand their origin, and reprogram them to promote positive change.

About RTT sessions

➢     First session lasts 60 min

➢   Online sessions are via Zoom, you just need a quiet space

➢     1-3 sessions are usually enough to experience benefits and change

➢     Your relaxed, but fully aware state during a session is referred to as a ‘hypnosis’

➢     You'll receive a personalized audio for 28 days of use after the first session
